MJS Construction (March) Ltd were contracted by SDC to undertake all groundworks and concrete frame elements of phase 1 on this science park development in Cambridge. Through use of clever design using twinwall and Bamtec, MJS were able to offer a defect free structure well ahead of programme benefitting both SDC and the client. The external works were tackled in much the same way and MJS were able to deliver a thorough and professional package. This is reinforced by the fact that phase 2 of the development, an adjoining structure, similar in size and build to the first was successfully undertaken the following year. Once again MJS completed a defect free structure, groundworks and external landscaping package ahead of schedule and within budget.
