Cambridge - Madingley Road, Churchill College

MJS Construction (March) Ltd were contracted by SDC Builders to construct the Churchill College Building. MJS undertook the sub-structure groundworks and construction of the watertight basement, including all drainage, headwalls and attenuation tank plus mains incoming services installations and ductwork. MJS also constructed all the RC Ground Bearing Slabs including a board marked finished curved perimeter upstand. MJS also constructed 2nr high concrete finish Stair Cores utilising PCC Twinwall and PCC Stairs along with in-situ suspended slabs and half landings and associated down stand beams. MJS also undertook all external soft and hard landscaping works.
