MJS Construction (March) Ltd were contracted by Balfour Beatty to construct the St Clements Gardens WYNG Building for Trinity College, Cambridge. MJS undertook the sub-structure groundworks and construction of the watertight basement, including all drainage, plus mains incoming services installations and ductwork. MJS also constructed all the RC Capping Beam on Sheet Piled Basement with Suspended Ground Floor Transfer Slab and Down stand Beams plus RC Curved Bicycle Ramp. MJS also undertook all external hard landscaping works. A very tight and challenging site in the centre of Cambridge which was completed on Programme.
