MJS Construction (March) Ltd were contracted by Farrans to construct the basement, concrete superstructure and external finishes for the University of Cambridge. MJS were pro-active on completing this challenging project and producing exceptional finishes and detailing for the end user. The Architect for the project (MUMA) demanded an unprecedented quality of finishing and attention to detail throughout the works resulting in the building reaching the National finals for the RIBA Stirling Prize. Products used included Belgian cobble sett paving, Agglotech Spa freestanding terrazzo furniture and Landers Quarry limestone seating.
