MJS Construction (March) Ltd were employed by Morgan Sindall to undertake all of the groundworks, drainage and concrete frame on the Anglia Ruskin University Project. The 6 storey concrete frame with a waterproof basement on tight site footprint, was made more efficient with the use of innovative hybrid building techniques introduced by MJS. MJS have mitigated delays and completed the groundworks and concrete frame defect free 6 weeks ahead of contract. MJS have also undertaken the external works. The impact of innovative building techniques and delay mitigation has resulted in a cost saving.
