Cambridge - Chemistry Of Health Building

MJS were contracted by Kier Construction Eastern to construct the Chemistry of Health Building, with works commencing in October 2016. MJS scope of works were capping beam to secant piles, bulk excavation to basement and construction of in-situ waterproof concrete basement along with SIKA waterproofing membranes, all fully warranted by SIKA.

MJS also constructed the 3 storey in-situ RC frame, including pre cast stairs and installation, utilising peri skydeck and bamtec reinforcement. MJS also undertook external works pavings and landscaping.
