MJS Construction (March) Ltd were contracted by SDC to undertake enabling works including existing site hard and soft landscape strip out, cut and fill, followed by the reinforced concrete sub and super structures for the B940 & B950 Buildings at the Babraham Research Campus. This was followed by a large externals scheme comprising drainage, services, car parking and access roads.

 

MJS worked closely with the Project Team to fast track the delivery programme by utilising a

Hy-Brid RC Frame Structure. This was achieved by the design and procurement of Bamtec Roll out Carpet Reinforcement and precast twin-wall panels for the stair and lift cores.
