MJS were contracted to carry out the groundworks and concrete frame package to the new Festool Tools facility.

The works consisted of reinforced foundations, Ground floor slab, exposed fine finish Concrete Columns and first floor slab. Reinforced concrete lift and stair cores including exposed concrete external feature facades were also constructed. All external works were carried out inclusive of permeable car park, feature paving and external stores.

Works were delivered on time and to the satisfaction of all parties.
